Pre-Order Service for International Customers

Thank you for your interest in FEELS.

We offer a convenient pre-order service for customers visiting Japan from overseas.

You can pre-order snowboarding equipment and pick it up in Tokyo.

■ How to Use

1. Please contact us by email.
   Please send us an email with the product name, size, color, and any other questions you may have.
   We will check the stock availability and assist you with your order.

2. A deposit (30,000 yen) is required when making a reservation.
We will send you a payment link by email.
Multiple payment methods are available.

3. Pick up your order at our Tokyo store after arriving in Japan.
(We can also deliver to your hotel. A separate shipping fee of 3,300 yen will apply.)

4. Payment of the remaining balance.
The remaining balance is due upon pickup of your order after arriving in Japan.
For hotel delivery, we will send you a payment link by email.

5. We can also ship internationally.
Since shipping costs are not cheap, picking up your order in Japan is more economical.
